An ongoing experiment in giving up an hour a week to help someone out.
(1 to 168 is the ratio of an hour a week). I’m currently meeting with a friend for free to help him find expression to his ideas and philosophies by making a recording of him ‘going off on one’!
What I often find is I get as much out of the time as the person I’m trying to support!
